It is our excellent sales team, which keeps customers coming back. We try to offer as many valuable services as possible and if we don't offer a particular service we will make arrangements for it to be carried out on behalf of the customer.
We have eight dedicated service departments offering factory authorised servicing and repairs for all our 9 brands, designed to meet all the requirements of our customers. We don't stop there, we endeavour to go the extra mile to make every customers experience a quality one. Service has always been and will continue to be one of the most important components of our commitment to our customers.
Each department is a complete team of professionals, comprises of a Service Manager, Service Advisor or Service Receptionist and a team of highly skilled Technicians and Groomers.

Save with our 5 plus programme
Because we recognise how important it is to keep your pride and joy in peak conditions, Continental Car Services would like to remind you about our 5 Plus programme that covers all of our prestige brands. Any vehicle that is of 5 years or older is entitled to a 15% discount on all parts and labour and any work carried out on your vehicle. For further information please feel free to speak to your respective service departments.
Courtesy shuttle
We understand that having your vehicle serviced can often be disruptive to your schedule. That's why, for your convenience, our service department offers a courtesy shuttle service around Central Auckland. There is a shuttle departing at 7.40am, 8.30am and finally at 9.20am with a pickup service by arrangement. Additionally we have a limited number of courtesy vehicles for day loan. Please advise us when booking your service if you would like to use one of these alternative forms of transport.
Online Service bookings
For simple customer convenience all your service needs can also be booked online. Simply go to our website at www.ccs.co.nz, click on our service tab at the top of the page and select you make of vehicle. From there all you have to do is fill in a few details and its done. you can even print out a service card like the one below that has all of the details for the respective brand, a map with directions to the service department and a space to make a note of the date and time of your appointment. A member from our Service team will then call you to confirm your booking. Please don't hesitate to ask any further questions at this stage.
